Dubai real estate industry a haven for UK investors, says Dubai Properties

British citizens have emerged as the second largest investors in Dubai real estate and according to the Dubai Land Department they have invested £1.9 billion in 2015. Dubai Properties, a leading Dubai based master developer and manager of renowned destinations, including Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR), Business Bay and DUBAILAND, addresses this UK demand at the Dubai Property Show London 2016, being held between the 13th and 15th of May, at the Olympia West Hall, West Kensington where it will be showcasing its latest developments.

As the government of Dubai works towards realizing its Vision 2020 of turning Dubai into a tourist and business destination, the Emirate continues to establish itself as an attractive investment hub for the international investor. In 2015, Dubai welcomed 14.2 million overnight visitors, recording a strong 7.5% increase over 2014 and registering double the growth of the global tourism industry.
