Bellway’s Penhurst Square proves popular with new tech purchasers

Croydon has the fastest growing tech cluster in the capital with this regenerated borough, home to over 1,000 new start-ups, which might account for the research by estate agents Foxtons that shows property prices increasing by 18% last year in the Borough.
