South Oxfordshire has seen a 44% growth in property prices over the last 10 years, and is set to become one of the next property hotspots, according to Savills. Meanwhile, the Home Builders Federation (HBF) has revealed that the location of a property is the most important factor for house hunters, when choosing their new home.
