The wait is over for Huyton house hunters seeking a larger, modern property as Countryside releases 35 four and five bedroom homes at the highly anticipated Harrington Place. Prices start at £324,950.

Harrington Place is first of three Knowsley developments to be launched for sale on the open market by Countryside this year, offering local families the opportunity to reserve a new, high-quality home off-plan.

Show homes at the former Huyton Leisure Centre site will be available to view this autumn and will come complete with Countryside’s unrivalled specification as standard and will be available through a range of home buying initiatives, including the popular Help to Buy scheme, which only requires a 5% deposit.

‘Second steppers’ looking to trade up for a spacious, brand new home will also be able to do so using Countryside’s Part Exchange scheme, through which buyers can move without the worry of selling their existing home on the open market.

Peter Vella, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Countryside, commented: “The launch of Harrington Place is the first of a number of developments coming soon to the area. This partnership with Knowsley Council will see 583 new homes built across the borough, all of which are designed to cater for demand in not only first time buyer homes, but also aspirational buyers and families looking to upscale into a bigger property.

“The interest that we’ve had in the new Knowsley homes has been phenomenal and we’re excited to embark on what is shaping up to be a highly successful venture with Knowsley Council to enhance the area.”

Knowsley Council’s Cabinet Member for Regeneration and Economic Development, Cllr Mike Murphy, said: “I’m delighted that Countryside’s Harrington Place development is set to come to the market.

“Our ambition is to provide more high quality homes in Knowsley to cater for the increasing demand from our residents and people who wish to move to the borough. Our partnership with Countryside is enabling us to deliver that aim.”
