According to the brand new recent area spotlight by agents Savills, the average rent in Ealing is drastically lower than nearby Chiswick, where the median is a staggering £2,200pcm. The research, which used Rightmove statistics, showed that the leafy London district is around £500 a month cheaper than its neighbour just three miles away, and offers renters in West London all the benefits of a suburban lifestyle in the city, without the prime price tag.

Those looking for a rental home in the well-connected, desirable location in W5 will soon benefit from a brand new development by Genesis, where a number of homes at Madeley Road have been earmarked for the rental market. Launching later this autumn, the development is only a short walk from North Ealing station, and offers a choice of stylish, brand new one and two bedroom apartments to tempt tenants.

Every care has been taken to blend the new buildings on site with Victorian influences, ensuring the architecture fits in comfortably within this leafy and elegant suburban area. With stylish bay windows and high ceilings, tenants can enjoy the stunning aesthetics of a period property, twinned with all the benefits of a modern specification.

All properties offer high quality internal fixtures and sleek finishes, such as engineered wooden flooring and modern kitchens inclusive of integrated appliances including fridge/freezer and oven. Full height tiling to bathrooms and fitted wardrobes in the master bedrooms offer residents all the finishing touches to be expected in a new home from Genesis.

Madeley Road is ideal for commuters with North Ealing station just a three minute walk from home, offering Piccadilly Line services to Green Park, Leicester Square and Kings Cross St Pancras. Further connections are available from nearby Ealing Broadway, where Central, District and National Rail services are available, with a number of local bus routes also easily accessible.

The development enjoys a great location in West London, with a selection of independent retailers and a Little Waitrose which can be found adjacent. Ealing Broadway is just a ten minute walk away, offering a range of local amenities including shops, restaurants and cafés. Shopaholics are well catered for, with Westfield White City's 250 retailers just four miles from home.

For outdoor-lovers, the area is home to several green open spaces. Half a mile from Madeley Road is Ealing Common, and just a little further south, residents will find Gunnersbury Park, which has a lake, café, miniature golf course and a museum to enjoy.

Further information about the development is available at genesishahomes.org.uk.
