There’s a fresh selection of stunning new homes now on sale at Taylor Wimpey’s Oakbrook development in Newton Leys near Milton Keynes – meaning there’s something for buyers in all circumstances!

Due to continuing demand for high-quality brand new homes in the area, the leading housebuilder has released a new collection of one and two-bedroom apartments at this popular Buckinghamshire development.

This means prospective purchasers can now choose from a wide range of properties, from these stylish new apartments through to two, three and four-bedroom houses including a variety of terraced, semi-detached and detached designs.

Jack Costello, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “We’re delighted to release these eagerly-anticipated apartments for sale to provide new opportunities for people to find their perfect place at Oakbrook. There really is something for everyone here, whatever their circumstances.

“Interest shows no sign of slowing, however, so I’d advise home-hunters to come along to the development as soon as possible to see what we have to offer – or they risk missing out on their dream home!”

The new release of properties at Oakbrook comprises beautiful one and two-bedroom ‘Oaks’ apartments, priced from £172,500 and £200,450 respectively.

Each apartment features a spacious living/dining room with a semi-open-plan kitchen, good-sized bedrooms, a bathroom and integrated storage off the internal entrance hallway, plus allocated parking outside. Selected plots benefit from attractive Juliet balconies to living areas.

Alternatively, two-bedroom semi-detached houses are priced from £275,000 at Oakbrook, while three-bedroom, three-storey homes are on sale from £325,000, and four-bedroom detached designs from £437,500.

To make moving even easier and more affordable, Taylor Wimpey offers a range of helpful homebuyer incentives, including Help to Buy, Part Exchange and easymover.

Help to Buy, for example, enables eligible first-time buyers and those with a property to sell to access a Government loan for up to 20% of their new home’s full price – so they only need a 75% loan-to-value mortgage and a deposit as low as 5%. The scheme is available on new-build properties up to £600,000 and there’s no salary cap for Help to Buy customers.

Oakbrook lies just to the east of the village of Newton Longville, for a good selection of local amenities, and is just a few miles from the centre of Milton Keynes, which boasts more than 230 shops, cafés, restaurants and an outdoor market.

Parents will appreciate the wide choice of schools for children of all ages and further education colleges within easy reach of the development.

For commuters, the A5 and the M1 are just a short drive from the development, while Luton Airport is only 25 miles away. Express services from Milton Keynes Central to Euston, meanwhile, put central London a little over half an hour away by train.

To find out more, property-seekers should visit the Sales Information Centre, located off San Andres Drive, Newton Leys, Milton Keynes, MK3 5JU, and open daily between 10am and 5.30pm (Mondays 2pm to 5.30pm). Alternatively, visit taylorwimpey.co.uk.
