Beckham’s World Cup Party Sees Harley-Davidson Auctioned for £65,000 Beckhingam Palace played host to some of the world’s elite recently, including Harley-Davidson’s multiple award-winning motorcycle the VRSCA V-Rod.

Liveried in one-off England colours and signed by every player in the World Cup England squad attending the Beckham’s party, the V-Rod was a feature of the charity auction to raise money for UNICEF.

Beckham’s fellow England international star Rio Ferdinand bid £65,000, a staggering four-times more than its retail value, for the V-Rod special, supplied by Harley-Davidson to support the Beckham’s charity and styled with the flag of St George to celebrate England’s upcoming World Cup challenge.

In total over £2 million was raised for UNICEF at the Beckham’s Full Length and Fabulous party.

The VRSCA V-Rod is Harley-Davidson’s flagship performance motorcycle, with 115bhp, 0-60 in 3.4 seconds and with over 30 major design awards world-wide for its head-turning styling. As standard it costs £11,995 on the road.
