Visitors to Bellway’s Enfield Mews development in Guisborough can now view Bellway’s latest showhome. The four bedroom detached Stourton provides 1,181sq ft of living space.

Sales Advisor, Debbie Hall, said: “The Stourton offers a huge amount of space over three floors which makes it an ideal family home with plenty of living flexibility. Our interior designers have done a wonderful job in decorating and furnishing the showhome and it just goes to show what can be achieved with some imagination and a good colour palette.”

The floor plan of the Stourton provides an entrance hall with downstairs WC, a separate living room and kitchen diner which runs the breadth of the house and offers French doors to the rear garden. The dining room and living room are linked with French doors which means that both rooms benefit from natural light.

The first floor provides three bedrooms and a family bathroom, bedroom two also includes its own ensuite facilities making it ideal as a guest room or master bedroom.

The second floor bedroom measures 11’ 2” x 15’ 9” and also includes ensuite facilities and could also act a master bedroom or a teenagers den.”

Externally the Stourton benefits from a single garage.

Bellway is offering a range of buying options and incentives at Enfield Mews including part exchange.

“For buyers with a home to sell our part-exchange scheme means that they have a guaranteed buyer in Bellway and can remain in their old home until their new home is ready. Financially they will save money as they don’t need to appoint an estate agent and go through the challenging period of trying to sell their old property themselves,” said Debbie.

Alternatively, buyers can also take advantage of Bellway’s free-of-charge Express Mover deal, where Bellway will appoint an estate agent on your behalf who is briefed to achieve a quick and satisfactory sale.

Bellway is also running the Help to Buy scheme at Enfield Mews which means a buyer needs only a 5 percent deposit and can benefit from a twenty percent five-year interest free Government loan.

“The Help to Buy scheme is one of our most popular and successful incentives,” confirmed Debbie. “The low deposit really helps people just starting out on the housing ladder. Additionally, the twenty percent Government loan reduces mortgage repayments during the first five years of ownership making buying a new home a very affordable option.”

For families, The Belmont Primary School is just over a five minute walk away, whilst the Galley Hill Primary and several other excellent facilities for younger children are located within a short distance of Enfield Mews. The Laurence Jackson School for children aged 11-16 is also just five minutes away and the Nunthorpe Academy only ten minutes by car.
