With six sales and an early bird reservation all in the first seven days, the ‘off plan’ launch of new homes near Rugby has gone to plan for Redrow.

More than 400 people had registered their interest in the Cawston Meadows development in Cawston. Due to the demand, the award-winning housebuilder brought forward the launch, releasing selected properties ‘off plan’ with dozens of eager buyers attending an invitation-only preview event.

And while show homes won’t open until early in 2017, Redrow is advising potential purchasers not to delay.

Pauline Turnbull, sales director for Redrow Homes (Midlands), explains: “The launch of Cawston Meadows was eagerly anticipated with some people who had missed out at our previous development in the area keen to buy a brand new Redrow home. We’ve found that in the weeks and months leading up to the launch potential purchasers have been doing their homework – researching the development and the style of homes we’re building, looking at the floor plans online and making 50-mile round trips to view show homes so that when we launched they knew exactly which property they wanted to buy.

“The fact that six homes have already been reserved, and another is subject to what we call an ‘early bird’ reservation, demonstrates that buyers have a confidence in the Redrow brand. The fact that we won’t have a show home for people to view until early in the New Year certainly hasn’t deterred buyers and we’d urge anyone who’s considering purchasing a property here to act sooner rather than later.”

Current availability includes detached four and five-bedroom designs, with prices from £319,995 to £464,995.

All of the homes are from Redrow’s Heritage Collection. Inspired by the architecture of the Arts & Crafts period of the late 19th/ early 20th century, the emphasis is on individuality and traditional craftsmanship. Characterful exteriors and period style features are beautifully complemented by spacious, modern and practical interiors.

Buying off-plan in the early stages of a development means buyers have more choice of individual properties available, as well as their position. And, there is the added benefit of being able to personalise a home, selecting the kitchen style, tiles, work-surfaces and a host of finishes and extras. All of this can be done online via the homebuilder’s industry-leading ‘My Redrow’ service.

Set on the edge of Rugby, the new homes at Cawston Meadows will be within easy reach of the M45, M6 and M1, and less than an hour from London by direct train, so it is perfect for commuters. With a choice of excellent schools in the area, including the famous Rugby School at which the game is said to have been invented, it is ideal for families too.

The sales office at Cawston Meadows is open daily from 10am to 5.30pm. For more information, visit redrow.co.uk/developments/cawston-meadows-rugby.
