Christmas is any self-respecting foodie’s favourite time of year and the latest phase of apartments at Countryside’s St Paul’s Square development in Bow, London E3, will be irresistible to homebuyers keen to be in the midst of one of London’s most thriving restaurant scenes.

Annesley Apartments, a collection of one, two, three and four-bedroom contemporary apartments at St Paul’s Square, is within easy reach of Spitalfields, home to Michelin starred Galvin La Chapelle. Brick Lane is just a short bus ride away, boasting arguably Britain’s best selection of curry houses, while nearby Victoria Park hosts several well-known food, culture and music festivals each year. Bow itself offers a range of renowned restaurants, bars and pubs including the Fat Cat Café, Bow Bells pub, The Orange Room and The Morgan Arms.

Matthew Higgs, Managing Director of Countryside’s Partnerships South said: “Bow has become increasingly popular in recent years with young professionals seeking a home close to London’s major business districts, with its own buzzing restaurant scene. Located within Zone 2, the City and Canary Wharf can both be reached in under 10 minutes, meaning less time spent commuting and more time to enjoy the diverse collection of bars, restaurants, pop-ups and food markets.”

Every home at Annesley Apartments has its own private terrace or balcony, with some having views over the City and Canary Wharf and have been designed to accommodate young professional lifestyles. The open plan kitchen, living and dining areas offer light, flexible living space with contemporary stone grey handleless units and reconstituted stone worktops, ideal for cooking and entertaining. Fully integrated appliances include an electric oven and microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and freestanding washer/dryer. The apartments also include flooring throughout. Bathrooms feature sleek white sanitaryware with chrome accessories and thermostatic shower to the en suites.

Residents at St Paul’s Square have plenty of options to work off the season’s excesses, with Mile End Park’s 79 acres of green space just a short walk away. Mile End Park Leisure Centre is also less than ten minutes’ walk from the development, offering a gym, athletics stadium, swimming pools, outdoor pitches, sports halls and a health suite.

Just over a mile from Canary Wharf, St Paul’s Square is ideally placed for travelling around London on the Central, Hammersmith & City and District lines from nearby Mile End tube, or out of the city via Liverpool Street station, just five minutes away.

Prices for apartments at St Paul’s Square start from £425,000 for a one bedroom, £470,000 for a two bedroom and £599,950 for a three bedroom apartment. London Help to Buy is available, allowing buyers to purchase with just a 5% deposit. The Government provides an equity loan of up to 40% of the property’s value, which remains interest free for the first five years, with the buyer raising a mortgage for the remaining 55%.

The marketing suite and show homes are open seven days a week from 10am to 5pm. For more information, visit countryside-properties.com.
