House-hunters in Hampshire looking for a high-specification new home with plenty of space can make a stress-free move to Brambleside, Taylor Wimpey’s nearly completed development in picturesque Crookham Village.

That’s because purchasers choosing one of the impressive four or five-bedroom detached properties currently available at the development can take advantage of the leading housebuilder’s fantastic Easymover scheme – which means Taylor Wimpey does all the hard work involved in selling their old home!

Among the final properties for sale at Brambleside are the five-bedroom ‘Camberley’ (plot 27, priced at £770,000) and the four-bedroom ‘Hartley’ (plot 26, priced at £745,000). Prospective purchasers are urged to visit the development, which is now really taking shape as a proper community, and see these luxurious new homes for themselves.

Emma Jones, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “A slow-moving property chain can be a very stressful barrier to owning a new home but, with Easymover, we can cut out all the hassle to enable them to move quickly and easily.

“Thanks to their expansive designs and high-specification interior finish, our large houses at Brambleside are generating a great deal of interest and I would urge hopeful buyers to get in touch now to give themselves the best chance of securing their perfect property!”

The ‘Camberley’ features a wonderful kitchen/breakfast/family room with fully integrated appliances and a large living room, which both open through double doors to the private rear garden, plus a dining room, a study and a guest cloakroom off the entrance hallway.

Upstairs, the first-floor landing leads to a fabulous master bedroom with dressing area and luxurious en-suite bathroom, three further bedrooms and a main bathroom, while an additional en-suite bedroom, perfect for guests or older children, is found on the top floor.

Meanwhile, the ‘Hartley’ includes an L-shaped open-plan kitchen/breakfast/family room – also with integrated appliances – and a living room, both with double doors to the garden. A dining room and a guest cloakroom complete the ground-floor layout.

Three double bedrooms, including one with en-suite facilities, and a family bathroom are found on the first floor, while an en-suite master bedroom with dressing area enjoys appealing seclusion on the top floor.

Both properties benefit from a double garage and driveway parking outside.

The Easymover scheme can take away the worry involved in selling a home. Purchasers can take their pick from a choice of Taylor Wimpey homes and then let the housebuilder help find a buyer for their current property, usually within just a few weeks and sometimes in as little as a fortnight – and there are no estate agent fees to pay!

Brambleside is located in picturesque Crookham Village, in north-east Hampshire, where there is an array of amenities for everyday living, including shops, a traditional pub, a takeaway, a pharmacy and a selection of supermarkets.
