Construction work started in 2014 to bring much-needed homes to Boulton Moor.

Boulton Moor is proving to be a popular location for first-time buyers and growing families, as one leading housebuilder announces plans for its latest phase of residential homes.

The area on the southern edge of Derby immediately attracted buyers when Charles Church North Midlands started construction in 2014.

Now work is well underway on the development’s next phase in response to an increase in demand for affordable, new build homes.

The development of just 39 properties is to be known as Bluebell Grange and will consist of two, three and four-bedroom homes. They are expected to go on sale later this month.

Nadine O’Dowd, sales and marketing director for Persimmon Homes North Midlands, said: “Our homes at Boulton Moor have proved extremely popular, so we are delighted to announce that a new phase is coming soon and invite customers to register their interest now.

“The development offers something for everyone in a sought-after location close to Elvaston, with its beautiful Country Park, and Alvaston, boasting a picturesque, riverside park. The development is just five miles from the city of Derby, so you really do get the best of both worlds.

“Buyers will also find a range of schemes available from Help to Buy, Home Change and Part Exchange to help them move with ease.”
