From now until April 2 Vauxhall is offering a very special deal to retail customers wishing to take delivery of a new van.

Selected models at participating retailers are on offer with Vauxhall’s unique ‘You Pay, We Pay’ finance package, where customers can walk away with a cheque for five per cent of the total amount financed as well as an award-winning van.

By this stage, you may be thinking there’s a catch – but there isn’t. All buyers need is a minimum 20 per cent deposit, meaning they can drive away in a new van, benefit from the cashback and not pay a penny in interest over a four year period. The VAT must be paid at the time of purchase, but to most business users is fully reclaimable.

“In a market flooded with the same old deals, ‘You Pay, We Pay’ is a genuinely fresh approach,” said Richard Collier, National CV Sales Manager. “With many buyers unsure of what the future holds, we felt that Vauxhall needed to raise the bar in the market and offer something extra. The five per cent return on the investment is better than you’ll get from most high street banks, and you won’t have to pay tax on it, meaning that running a Vauxhall van could result in big ‘savings’ in more ways than one. That is, of course, if buyers aren’t tempted to spend the cash on Vauxhall’s impressive range of Commercial Vehicle accessories – after all, if you spend your life working with your vehicle, you want it to be as much a part of your business image as you or your staff.
