According to a survey by ING Bank, homeowners in the UK are happier than those who rent. The research found that 80% of those on the property ladder feel contented, whilst fewer than half of UK renters are happy with their situation. Providing a helping hand to make home ownership an affordable reality, Willow Grange by Countryside in Coxheath, Kent, offers first time buyers the security, stability and contentment of being a homeowner, through the Help to Buy scheme.

Surrounded by diverse local countryside and overlooking the Weald landscape of Kent, Willow Grange is a collection of two, three and four bedroom traditional homes. Located in the quintessential village of Coxheath, purchasers can enjoy nearby spring walks in the High Weald, an area of outstanding natural beauty.

The Help to Buy scheme allows buyers to purchase with as little as a 5% deposit. The Government will then provide an equity loan of up to 20% of the property’s value, which is interest free for the first five years. Willow Grange is now offering two-bedroom homes, priced at £275,000 available with Help to Buy which means a deposit of just £13,750 is required.

Within the current market, schemes such as Help to Buy provides support and mostly importantly, affordability to those keen to get on the ladder.
