Three exclusive new show homes at Burcote Park near Towcester are appealing to a wide range of buyers with the dream of living just as nature intended.

Properties are being sold from two outlets – Ash Gardens and Oak View – and in a bid to showcase the lifestyle awaiting new residents of these country homes set among 59 acres of Edwardian parkland in the Northamptonshire village of Wood Burcote, Redrow has designed three stylish show properties.

According to Redrow’s Group interior design manager, Emma Brindley, the show homes at Ash Gardens have been designed very much with families in mind.

Emma said: “Ash Gardens enjoys a picturesque setting that really does need to be seen to be appreciated. Based on consumer research, we’ve created personas of the types of people who will aspire to live here and we’ve styled the three show homes to suit their lifestyles, adding details and special touches that give them the personality and impression of lived-in homes.”

Emma and her team have styled three properties: examples of the Cedar, Bay and Rowan house types. Each has its own distinctive look and feel, yet all three are classic, warm and welcoming with neutral colours, high quality furnishings and a top specification throughout.

“Burcote Park is the perfect setting for family life and we have created show homes to complement the lifestyle here, inspired by a number of key trends for 2017,” said Emma.

“For instance, interior design inspired by nature was one of a variety of trends in focus at the interior design show, Maison et Objet in Paris, earlier this year. We’ve given a nod to this trend in the furniture displayed in the show homes, with standout pieces including a weathered driftwood dining table in the kitchen/dining area of the three-bedroom Rowan, the perfect centre piece for family entertaining.

“In the four-bedroom Cedar, timeless neutral earthy tones are accentuated by soft furnishings including checked cushions and footstools. Weathered oak consoles and coffee table in the lounge create the impression that this is a space for more formal entertaining, in contrast to the more relaxed family room with corner sofa and white TV unit.

“In the largest of the show homes, the four-bedroom Bay, we’ve used calming heather tones in the living room, from the feature wall to the occasional window chair, complemented by stylish console and coffee tables to add depth to the design and create an aspirational look and feel.”

Ash Gardens offers a choice of three, four and five-bedroom properties, with current prices from £422,950.

Both developments sit amid acres of parkland with plenty of open space and groves of trees. All homes are designed with both style and practicality in mind, with open plan living spaces and today’s must-have en-suites; together with high quality fittings and finishes.

The amenities of Towcester are little more than a mile away, including shops, schools, restaurants and other services.
