TSB reduces selected buy to let mortgage rates

TSB has reduced interest rates by up to 0.25% on selected buy to let home mover and buy to let remortgage products.

Rate reductions in the buy to let mortgage range include:

Two-year fixed rates for home movers and remortgage borrowers – rates reduced by 0.20%-0.25%

Three-year fixed rates for home movers and remortgage borrowers – rates reduced by 0.10%-0.15% (excluding the no fee 0-60% LTV product)

Five-year fixed rates for home movers and remortgage borrowers – rates reduced by 0.15%-0.25%

Two-year tracker rates for home movers and remortgage borrowers – rates reduced by 0.20%-0.25%

Roland McCormack, Mortgage Distribution Director, said: “TSB helped over 14,000 people with their mortgages in the first three months of 2017 and provided £2.2 billion of new mortgage loans.
