New dormer bungalow design draws buyers to Elwick Grove

Bungalows are one of the most sought after home designs around and are in very short supply. Responding to the popularity of the design, Bellway have included a cul-de-sac of four bungalows in their new development at Elwick Grove near Hartlepool.

Sales manager, Dee Colonia, commented: “We have received a lot of interest in these bungalows which offer nearly 1,900 sq ft of living space and are priced from £369,995.
