They may be last but the homes remaining at Redrow’s Pennine Grange development, in Tamworth, are by no means least.

The award-winning developer has just two properties left before it finally puts the ‘sold’ sign up at Pennine Grange, but that means two more chances for buyers to get the keys to a beautiful property at this lovely location.

Pauline Turnbull, sales director for Redrow Homes (Midlands), says: “Pennine Grange has been a really successful development for Redrow so it is hardly surprising that there are only two homes remaining.

“But we want to make sure that buyers know there is still the chance to purchase a property here.

“Most of the homes have now been settled into by their happy new owners and the sales office has closed so people may mistakenly think the opportunity has gone. But there are two beautiful Welwyn four-bedroom detached homes still remaining – though I suspect they won’t be available for long so I’d encourage anyone interested to move quickly.”

The detached Welwyn is a perfect example of Redrow’s Arts & Crafts inspired Heritage Collection, which combines charming and traditional exteriors with stylish and spacious, modern interiors.

Priced from £349,995, the four-bedroom property has a generous family, dining and kitchen area that extends the whole width of the home and is guaranteed to bring the whole family together; while a separate lounge offers space for those quieter moments or more restful time.

An integral garage and a must-have cloakroom and utility complete the downstairs accommodation, which ensures both the luxury and practicality needed for today’s modern family life.

And upstairs, there are four good sized bedrooms, the master of which has an en-suite, plus a beautiful family bathroom.

Perfectly placed on Pennine Way, the homes are close to a host of essential amenities including a newsagent, convenience store and post office, while Tamworth town centre, home to a regular market and high street stores, is only about three miles away.

The final two properties are now being sold from nearby Amington Garden Village so would-be buyers can speak to consultants at the Mercian Way sales centre.
