Peugeot Partner Origin Joining the original Partner van – now named Partner Origin – in the Peugeot light commercial vehicle (LCV) range, the new Partner van will consist of two body lengths, two load volumes and three payloads, when it is introduced in June.

Having its World Premiere at this year’s CV Show in Birmingham (15-17 April), the new Partner Van will be available in two trim levels, S and SE.

The comprehensive standard specification of the S model includes: 15” steel wheels, electric front windows, ABS and EBA (emergency braking assistance), driver’s airbag, selective central locking, 180o opening rear doors, CD/Radio with remote controls, power steering, driver’s ladder frame protector, height adjustable driver’s seat with armrest, passenger seat with armrest and folding back with cup holders, overhead driver and passenger storage.

The S version will be available in a choice of three payloads, 625 kg, 750 kg and 850 kg and two body lengths L1(standard) and L2 (extended).

It will be available in six exterior body colours combined with a Transcodage grey cloth trim.

The second model is the SE, which adds: electric heated door mirrors, three button plip remote control central locking, left-hand side sliding door, multi-flex passenger seat, portable load area light, closed glove box, load area protection kit and one touch electric windows, to the specification of the S model.

The SE version will be available in a choice of three payloads, as the S model but with HDi diesel engines only. Standard and extended body lengths are also available.

range of options is available for both the S and SE models including: ESP with traction control, a range of varying height bulkheads, sliding side doors, cruise control with speed limiter, rear parking aid, passenger airbag with deactivation switch, driver and passenger side airbags, electrically heated and adjustable mirrors, remote control central locking, deadlocks, alarm, Bluetooth kit, load area protection kit, rear roof flap (L1 only without sliding doors), manual air conditioning, glazed rear doors, folding door mirrors, visibility pack (automatic headlamps and windscreen wipers), front fog-lights, automatic “follow me home” headlights and athermic windscreen.

The SE model is available also in six exterior body colours but, is now combined with a Mistral blue grey cloth trim.

The new Partner van range will go on sale along side the Partner Origin in June, after its World Premiere at the 2008 CV Show.
