Parents help Rachel make a move to Islington

With interest rates at an all time low and the property market strengthening, an increasing number of parents are deciding that the time is right to use their savings to help their children buy a first home.

Rachel adds: “My new flat is everything I expected – I’m just so pleased that I found a good size apartment in a prime location for such a reasonable price. It feels so safe living here and I love the freedom.” Friends from Totteridge often come to stay at weekends to enjoy the ‘buzzy nightlife’ and the spacious open-plan layout, second bedroom and two bathrooms provide plenty of room for visitors.
