‘Ask the experts’ before you move

‘Ask the experts’ before you move Would-be home-buyers are invited to ‘Ask the Experts’ before they move, at the new Waterside Park development in West Drayton, Middlesex.

Leading local house-builder George Wimpey West London is hosting the special Ask the Experts event on Saturday 25th April, and by coming along to Waterside Park between 11am and 4pm, visitors can speak to local estate agents, solicitors and financial advisors to gain the information they need to help them make the right move.

Tim Betts, Sales and Marketing Director for George Wimpey, says: “Many people have concerns about moving, particularly as they feel they may not be able to sell their existing property easily, or they are worried about being able to get a mortgage or becoming a first-time buyer.

“By ‘Asking the Experts’ they can receive clear-cut answers to any questions they might have, to help them make informed decisions.”

In addition to receiving sound advice on the options available to them, visitors can find out about a range of money-saving incentives on the new apartments and three, four and five-bedroom houses available at Waterside Park – including the opportunity for first-time buyers to gain assistance with their deposit, and for existing home-owners to receive help to find a buyer for their current home.

Visitors can also look around the new four-bedroom showhome – which is available to purchase including fixtures and fittings – and find out about the final collection of two-bedroom ‘Little Grebe’ apartments on sale from £194,995, and ready to move into this June.

The ‘Little Grebe’ is ideal for anyone seeking a first home in a good area of London, yet at a price they can afford. The contemporary design features an open-plan kitchen and large lounge/dining room with French doors to a balcony or terrace, a stylish master bedroom with en-suite, a second double bedroom and a main bathroom.

Selected apartments at the development benefit from allocated parking and access to a communal garden, while all houses have parking or a garage and a private garden. Apartments and houses enjoy a high standard specification including central heating, double glazing and a fitted kitchen with built-in oven, hob and hood.

Waterside Park is located in a beautiful, tranquil riverside setting close to the Grand Union Canal, laid out in a ‘home zone’ to offer peace and safety away from busy streets, pollution and traffic noise.

Although it benefits from a parkland setting, the development is just a short stroll from high street shops and the town railway station – perfect for commuters heading to Central London, Reading, Slough and Bristol.

To Ask the Experts, come along to Waterside Park off Tavistock Road, West Drayton and open on Saturday 25th April from 11.00am. Alternatively, log on to Georgewimpey.co.uk for more details.
