Innovative house designs at Innov@tions in Brough

Innov@tions, the new Barratt development now open in Brough, has been selected as the first location in the UK to unveil a range of contemporary new house designs. The stylish starter and family homes are available with pastel coloured exteriors including blue, green, brown and cream.

This will include townhouses, and traditional detached and semi-detached homes. Prices for a three bedrooom townhouse start at £192,995 and from £234,995 for a four bedroom townhouse.

The development will also include the Barratt iPad home which will be released soon. This has been designed to help bridge the growing affordability gap for increasing numbers of first-time buyers and with demand expected to be high, house buyers can register their interest with Barratt now to avoid missing out.
