And the good news is that Miller will be pre-releasing just 12 homes for the early birds, and these are sure to be snapped up fast.

Miller Homes at Cambridge will be a select development of 127 homes for sale and will comprise of a selection of studios and one and two bedroom apartments. In addition there will be a range of three and four bedroom townhouses. With such a variety of homes available, Miller at Cambridge is certain to have something to cater for all tastes and requirements.

This development, just one and a half miles from Cambridge city centre, is certain to be a hit with purchasers which is why Miller has decided to release 12 apartments now.

Steve Garton, Area Sales Manager, says: “We have decided to pre-release a limited number of properties at our Cambridge development and we are urging anyone who is interested in buying a Miller home to get in contact now. The property market is hot in Cambridge at the moment and these pre-released properties are certain to attract a lot of attention from purchasers.

“Buying at such an early stage also gives the purchaser many benefits,” he continues. “Purchasers can pick the plot which suits their requirements best, they will almost certainly get their property at a cheaper price and they will be given the option to make personal touches to their home – something which is harder to do in the later stage of development.”

Cambridge itself is a beautiful place to make a home, famed for its University and Science Park, the city oozes history and appeal. Cycling is fashionable in the city, with around one in four residents saying they travel to work by bike, and the development boasts cycle storage to cater for these requirements.

The city is also well placed for commuters – the M11, A11 and A14 are all easily accessible and London can be reached by train in under 50 minutes.

Apartments at the development start at just £199,950. If Miller at Cambridge is something you’d like to find out more about, visit Millerhomes.co.uk.
