Barratt Homes is set to take the wraps off a new phase of development at Coed Castell, one of the newest additions to the Barratt Homes portfolio in South Wales.

Coed Castell is a new addition for Barratt Homes in South Wales – incorporated in the portfolio of Britain’s Housebuilder of the Year following its recent acquisition of David Wilson Homes.

The development is near the centre of Bridgend close to shopping, the beach and within easy reach of the A48 and the M4.

The location is just one of the attractions of the development where the first phase is currently being completed.

In the next phase of development Barratt Homes will be releasing a selection of apartments and houses to appeal to the wide range of buyers looking for homes in the region.

Barratt Homes sales director Sandra Dixon said that interest is already high in the new homes which will initially be available to buy off plan.

“Those looking to reserve now will be in the best position to choose the plot they want now, and buy at the lowest prices for the new release,’’ she said.

“We will have two, three and four bedroom properties available and the new designs we are planning to launch ensure that buyers can take advantage of the most flexible living accommodation to suit their lifestyles.’’

Prices start at £127,995 for a two bedroom coach house with a garage rising to £258,995 for a four bedroom detached house.
