Crusaders to kick off show home launch

Crusaders to kick off show home launch The Celtic Crusaders will be in Brackla next weekend to open the doors of a stylish new show home. The team will kick start a fun-weekend on January 19 and 20 when homebuyers can visit Redrow’s Coed Castell development and take a tour around the new ‘Malham’ show home, while their children are entertained by a talented magician. And for the adults a glass of bubbly to bring some sparkle to the day.

Redrow has recently resigned a new sponsorship deal with the Celtic Crusaders Rugby Team. It will be the housebuilder’s second season as the club’s major shirt sponsor, during a year that will see the Crusaders make its application to the Rugby Football League for Super League status.

As well as meeting the rugby stars, the show home launch event will also be an opportunity for home hunters to seek free impartial advice from independent financial advisors, who can talk them through mortgage options.

The ‘Malham’ townhouse has been designed with a contemporary twist, with modern furniture and a fresh colour-scheme, to suit couples moving up the property ladder or young families who need extra space from a three-storey home.

Rachael Davies, area sales manager for Redrow Homes (South Wales) said:
“Three-floors offer the ultimate flexible living space.

“The versatility of a first floor lounge in addition to the downstairs living area offers parents a place to relax – or an extra area for kids and teens to play games and do their homework. Of course, how to use the space is up to the owner to decide – so there’s the added bonus of being able to personalise a new property and the new show homes gives a taster of how this can be done.

“This weekend promises to be lots of fun for all the family. We will have plenty of entertainment to keep youngsters amused, and we are hoping the relaxed atmosphere will provide the perfect environment in which to showcase our newest star.

“Many home-buyers feel it’s a great benefit to have access to a show home as it enables them to envisage the property’s capabilities, and to see for themselves how the property can be transformed from a ‘house’ into a ‘home’”

Coed Castell features a range of apartments and houses, currently priced from £124,995 for a two-bedroom apartment up to £218,950 for a four-bedroom detached home.

The development’s fantastic location – having the perfect balance of accessibility to towns and cities, whilst a short drive from the beautiful Welsh coastline – is a big selling point and Redrow anticipates its popularity will keep rising.

The village of Brackla has a choice of pubs and leisure facilities, whilst nearby Bridgend has a host of amenities available to its locals – from doctors and dentists, to family-friendly pubs and stylish wine bars – something that will suit everyone.

The village also has several excellent schools nearby – both English and/or Welsh speaking – and is only three miles from the fantastic McArthur Glen retail shopping outlet.

To see the superb Malham show home for yourself, visit Coed Castell, off Coychurch Road, Brackla, on 12th and 13th January. Alternatively, interested buyer can go online at Redrow.co.uk.
