Sumptuous show home is light and luxurious

Sumptuous show home is light and luxurious The doors are now open to a stylish new Redrow show home in Brackla. The ‘Malham’ townhouse has been designed with a contemporary twist, with modern furniture and a fresh colour-scheme, to suit couples moving up the property ladder or young families who need extra space from a three-storey home.

Rachael Davies, area sales manager for Redrow Homes (South Wales) said:
“The designers have gone for a luxurious feel with sumptuous fabrics and a continuous colour scheme of mustard yellow and amethyst purple throughout the property.

“Ornate floral patterns on the lounge accent wall are contrasted with bold stripes in the bedroom and flashes of silver within the accessories. The rooms are kept bright and airy with light coloured walls and white furniture to create a stylish family home over three floors.

“The versatility of a first floor lounge in addition to the downstairs family area offers parents a place to relax – or an extra area for kids and teens to play games and do their homework. Of course, how to use the space is up to the owner to decide – so there’s the added bonus of being able to personalise a new property and the new show homes gives a taster of how this can be done.

“Many home-buyers feel it’s a great benefit to have access to a show home as it enables them to envisage the property’s capabilities, and to see for themselves how the property can be transformed from a ‘house’ into a ‘home’”.

The show home was officially launched by the Celtic Crusaders, who sponsored by Redrow.

Coed Castell features a range of apartments and houses, currently priced from £124,995 for a two-bedroom apartment up to £218,950 for a four-bedroom detached home.

The development’s fantastic location – having the perfect balance of accessibility to towns and cities, whilst a short drive from the beautiful Welsh coastline – is a big selling point and Redrow anticipates its popularity will keep rising.

The village of Brackla has a choice of pubs and leisure facilities, whilst nearby Bridgend has a host of amenities available to its locals – from doctors and dentists, to family-friendly pubs and stylish wine bars – something that will suit everyone.

The village also has several excellent schools nearby – both English and/or Welsh speaking – and is only three miles from the fantastic McArthur Glen retail shopping outlet.

To see the superb Malham show home for yourself, visit Coed Castell, off Coychurch Road, Brackla daily from 10am to 5.30pm. For further information go online at Redrow.co.uk.
