Spanair launches new airport installations at Madrid & Barcelona

From the 1st of July this year, Spanair will have a new location at Terminal 2 in Madrid Barajas Airport. The new area will have exclusive check-in desks for Business Avant passengers, as well as more "easy check- in machines", and also a new Sales Office.

Spanair will also have their new VIP lounge available, located at Terminal 2 in Madrid Barajas Airport, close to the boarding gates. Our customers using the VIP lounge can avail of 750m2 of comfort, amongst other advantages that include; a high quality catering service, free internet connection and easier access to their own personal computer.

During the initial stages, in October last year Spanair inaugurated its exclusive check-in and boarding area, located at Terminal 3 in Madrid Barajas Airport, for passengers travelling on the Madrid - Barcelona shuttle route. The area currently has five check-in desks and four "easy check-in" machines, as well as other check-in alternatives which are presently available to customers; telephone and internet check-in services.

Spanair also presents its new location in Barcelona's El Prat Airport situated during the first phase, in the new Inter modal terminal (terminal B) with 20 check-in desks at its disposal since the end of January, as well as an increased number of easy check-in machines, strengthening the Barcelona - Madrid shuttle route even more. Finally Spanair, with the aim of saving time for its passengers, has concentrated 95% of its departures and arrivals at module 3 in the Terminal.

Also from June this year, Spanair will present its re-styled VIP lounge, located at Barcelona's Airport; with 30% more space available, free internet access, more working room for the Business passengers as well as a high quality catering service for all those passengers enjoying the facilities.
