Great West Quarter wins award for best apartment in Middlesex
Alastair Baird, managing director of Barratt West London says: “It is a great honour that Great West Quarter has been awarded a Four Star rating for Best Apartment in Middlesex. I would like to thank everyone involved in making Great West Quarter the fantastic development it is, a lot of hard work and dedication has gone into it and it is very rewarding to see that the experts agree.”
When complete, Great West Quarter will provide 773 studio, one, two and three-bedroom apartments, including both private and affordable homes, shops, restaurants, a bar, a health club, an art gallery, a crèche, a hotel and serviced apartments.
There will be a central piazza, extending to over an acre, which has been designed as a venue for public events and, together with courtyards and play areas, will create a focal point for community activities. The landscaping will include a green corridor for wildlife, while bat and bird boxes constructed on the site will enhance natural biodiversity.
The next phase of homes to be launched at Great West Quarter is Golden Mile House. Comprising 46, one, two and three-bedroom apartments, all homes will be open-plan with balconies or terraces. Guide prices start from £200,000 for a one-bedroom apartment.
