Buyers snap up new homes in Oakdale
New Redrow homes are proving a hit with buyers in Wales, where a lack of stock is said to be limiting activity on the housing market.
Experts from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors* revealed that the Welsh market was positive in November but found there was a lack of new homes coming on to the market.

Halifax**, one of the country’s biggest mortgage lenders, reported that house prices rose by 1.4% in November – the fifth consecutive monthly increase.
“As the housing market begins to show signs of recovery now could be the time to invest in a new home as there’s the potential for the value of your investment to increase – even before you move in,” Luly said.
