Fun in the sun for solo travellers

Summer sun on the Greek islands of Paros and Mykonos, new gulet cruises, early season walking in Turkey and Rhodes and watersports in Corsica - just some of the latest  offering for 2010 from singles specialist, Friendship Travel.

In Paros, the company is highlighting ‘houseparty’ holidays at the Villa Aeolos at Poseidon, a self-contained little complex of 19 rooms – of which Friendship has exclusive use on a choice of dates throughout the summer – situated around 300 yards from its sister hotel, the four-star Poseidon.

The Aeolos has its own pool with a Jacuzzi, but guests can enjoy all the amenities at the Poseidon which include a further two pools, floodlit tennis, gym and spa.

Seven-night prices lead in at £645 per person inclusive of return Gatwick flights, transfers, mainly half-board accommodation in a double room for sole occupancy and services of a Friendship Travel host.

In 2010, Friendship has exclusive use of two Turkish gulets – the Esat and Richmond – and is offering itineraries sailing from Fethiye and Bodrum. Each vessel accommodates 11 people and guests are in the safe hands of a professional local crew who take care of sailing, food, safety and hosting.
