Interest levels have been sky high at Berkeley Homes’ Skyline Plaza development in Basingstoke, so it will come as no surprise that the recently released apartments on the sixth, seventh and eighth floors are already selling fast.

There are still a good selection of one and two bedroom apartments available for sale, as well as some studio apartments. ‘The Tower’ also features duplex penthouses, but these are still to be released. The variety of apartment styles on offer means there is something to suit all tastes and requirements, with prices starting at just £89,950.

Pippa Bugby, Sales and Marketing Director for award-winning Berkeley Homes, says: “We have been overwhelmed with the amount of interest at Skyline Plaza, and we have been selling the apartments at a phenomenal rate. We have just released some more apartments for sale and are currently selling homes on storeys six, seven and eight.”
