Myvi leads Perodua growth

12th April 2010 Print

Perodua is celebrating the most successful March for several years as registrations increased by an impressive 114.5% compared to the same month last year. The market as a whole was up 26.6% in March but Perodua, who offer Britain’s best value cars, has seen an exceptional increase in demand for its great value range and had the second largest percentage increase in registrations across manufacturers in the UK market during the important peak month of March. This has lead to an outstanding start to the year for Perodua with registrations during the first quarter being 88.6% higher than last year.

Myvi has had the most impact on this success as registrations during March increased by an incredible 133.9% compared with last year. Available from as little as £6,799, the Myvi has a surprisingly high specification for a car with such an appealing price tag. Features such as air conditioning, electric windows, electric door mirrors, integral radio/CD player and power steering all make this stylish super-mini exceptional value for money compared to its competitors. In addition to this, Perodua are now offering all customers purchasing a Myvi during April free remote locking, which represents a saving of £163.09.

The Kenari mini-MPV also continues to prove popular and is available from only £5,799 with power steering, electric front windows, central locking and metallic paintwork all as standard.
