14th April 2010 Print

Flybe has announced a brand new year-round service that, effective 15th July, will fly six times a week between London Gatwick and Nantes, Brittany’s most important commercial hub and the sixth largest city in France.

Already operating more routes to and from regional France than any other carrier, this new route will see Flybe’s 2010 summer schedule offering a total of 42 routes to France, eight of which are brand new, with a total choice of up to 370 flights a week to and from 11 UK and 12 French airports.

The airline’s new London Gatwick to Nantes service, operates by a state-of-the-art 78-seat Q400 aircraft, will appeal to those business and leisure travellers who wish to fly with confidence with an airline that recently attracted global recognition by being the only UK carrier to feature in the prestigious US-published Forbes Top 10 on time arrival list of Global Major Carriers.

Mike Rutter, Flybe’s Chief Commercial Officer, comments: “We have an enviable reputation for serving regional France* and our new route linking London Gatwick with Nantes demonstrates our ongoing commitment to expanding our route network and to providing innovative, quality travel options to key destinations.”

Flights are available for booking now at flybe.com with one way fares from £39.99 including taxes and charges.
