Affordable new homes for West Drayton

Property developer St George West London invited The Worshipful The Mayor of Hillingdon, Councillor. Shirley Harper O’Neill to officially open a stunning collection of affordable new homes in West Drayton at Parkwest, the latest development by St George located in London’s Heathrow Quarter.

The event, which was held in the new landscaped parkland at Parkwest, celebrated the completion of 120 affordable new homes which have been made available for low cost home ownership and rent with Notting Hill Housing. Ian Dobie, Managing Director of St George West London, commented, "We are delighted to be handing over the keys for Eton, Farringdon and Garland House to Notting Hill Housing today. This is an important phase of what is a very impressive project. We are creating a special place at Parkwest with 574 new homes in a variety of sizes and tenures, set in beautifully landscaped parks and all with balconies or terraces.”

Ed Badke, Development Director for Notting Hill Housing commented “Sales at Parkwest are progressing well and feedback about the scheme has been excellent, with our customers especially impressed with the size and treatment to the private gardens, along with the internal finishing.”

The Mayor of Hillingdon Councillor Shirley Harper O’Neill also commented, “Everyone who has been involved in this project should be extremely proud of their achievement. This is my third visit to Parkwest and I still cannot find any questions that St George has not already answered. Everything seems to have been thought of from the lovely park through to the sustainable initiatives. I am delighted to celebrate the handover of the 120 apartments which will provide fantastic homes for the residents of Hillingdon.”
