Halloween fun for homebuyers in Abercarn

21st October 2010 Print

Homebuyers in the village of Abercarn could be in with a fright when they visit Coed Celynen this month – but the spooky atmosphere won’t have anything to do with the quality of the superb homes on offer.

The Barratt development is hosting a special Halloween celebration on Saturday 30 October and is inviting potential buyers to get in to the spirit of things by taking part in the fun activities planned.

“Neighbourhoods across the region will all be getting involved in the fun and frolics of Halloween – so it is only fitting that we make a start here at Coed Celynen,” said Barratt sales director, Adrian Bird.

“It provides a taster of the community spirit present at Barratt sites in Wales and gets buyers involved right from the beginning. There will be a host of ghoulish creatures and a touch of mystery here during the event – and a supply of spooky culinary treats for our visitors too.”

Those attending will also get the chance to explore the selection of eye-catching new two and three bedroom homes at the development – and a team of experts will be on-hand to advise on any aspect of the homebuying process.

“This is an excellent chance for buyers to come and see us for an informal chat about this outstanding development. It promises to be a fun day – and the team here is looking forward to welcoming visitors for a celebration with a difference this Halloween,” said Adrian.

Situated in the semi-rural village of Abercarn, Coed Celynen offers a varied selection of new homes. The area offers a unique, peaceful ambience and spectacular scenery – making it ideal for everyone from professional couples to families.

Coed Celynen is on the doorstep of the stunning Ebbw River, which flows through the development. It gives residents and visitors a real glimpse of the beauty of the area in which the homes have been built.

For further information visit Coed Celynen, open from 11am to 6pm daily.
