Conference and event offers at Hotel Okura Amsterdam

As summer comes to an end and the days are drawing in the 5 star Hotel Okura Amsterdam is welcoming autumn with two special conference and events promotions for those booked and taking place at the hotel from now until the end of November 2010.

The hotel also offers the largest and most luxurious range of meeting and dining facilities of all the five-star hotels in Amsterdam with 21 meeting rooms.

The first option is to book five places for a daily delegate rate and pay for only 4.The daily delegate rate costs €99 per delegate per day with a meeting room in a choice of set up options, stationery and a dedicated event desk. Three breaks are also included with freshly brewed coffee or the Okura tea selection, plus a choice of delicacies. For lunch a buffet can be arranged or a three course menu inspired by the hotel’s Michelin stared executive chef’s daily specialities.

Alternatively, book 25 superior rooms at a cost of €470 per night, excluding breakfast and VAT, and get one room completely free.

The hotel completed the refurbishment of its superior rooms earlier this year and within the spacious 28 square metre rooms special emphasis has been placed on natural and warm colours, whilst maximising the natural light with a glass wall through to the bathroom, creating space, light and harmony. Guests can also adjust the mood of the lighting to suit the ever changing vista from the window.

Each superior room has a 32 inch flat screen TV in the bedroom plus a media hub of telephone, TV and music being available in the walk in shower and bath tub. In addition the room features an internal power supply for laptop, WIFI internet connection and a large desk and chair.
