New Crest Nicholson homes on sale in Hereford

11th November 2010 Print

There's now more choice for those looking for a brand new home in Hereford with the sales release of Crest Nicholson’s latest development.

Properties at The Furlongs, north of Roman Road, Holmer, are now being sold ‘off plan’ by a Crest sales advisor based in Andrew Morris estate agents in Hereford town centre. Onsite sales will launch next year when a show home to showcase the properties will also open.

Amanda Benjamin, area sales manager for Crest Nicholson, explained: “We’ve had lots of interest from local people since we first announced plans to build new homes in Holmer and we are now working through our database to let them know that the properties are now on sale. There’s certainly a market for new homes in the area and we’ve already taken one reservation from a customer who wanted to be sure they were able to secure their preferred plot.”

Current availability at the Furlongs includes a selection of homes with three, four and five bedrooms. Prices range from £199,950 to £239,950.

The five-bedroom Mayfair is a substantial property, set out over three floors. On the ground floor there’s a large lounge plus an open plan kitchen and dining area, with both rooms benefiting from French doors leading to the garden. To the first floor there’s the master bedroom complete with en suite, plus two further bedrooms and the family bathroom; while up on the top floor there are two more bedrooms plus a shower room.

“The Mayfair is a fantastic family home that can easily be adapted to suit your circumstances. For example if you’ve got teenage children you could utilise one of the top floor rooms as a bedroom and the other as either a TV lounge or study,” Amanda suggested.

All of the properties at The Furlongs boast high specification interiors with sleek kitchens enjoying the benefit of integrated appliances and generous storage. Bathrooms have a timeless appeal with fully fitted white suites enabling homeowners to co-ordinate and decorate around with ease.

With schools for all ages close by, it’s a great place to raise a family and with easy access to central Hereford and the M5 it’s well placed for commuting.

“At this early stage there’s plenty to choose from but I would urge house hunters to act fast to be in with a chance of securing their preferred plot,” Amanda added.

“Our friendly experienced sales team will answer any questions you have and guide you through the home buying experience.”
