Priced at $388* per person, start with the Roulade of Salmon Cream Cheese with Seaweed and Arugula Caviar, Fine de Claire Oysters from France, and Pan Seared Foie Gras on Brioche. Indulge in satisfyingly delicious Steamed Boston Lobsters and King Crabs, Roast Turkey, Roast Wagyu Beef Leg with Truffle Jus, Pork Belly with Green Apple Sauce and end on a sweet note with assorted Christmas Yule Logs, Apricot Clafoutis, Banana Chocolate Rum Cake and Champagne and Yuzu Chiboust.
