Imminent sell-out marks milestone for Edinburgh's Genesis

Cruden Homes’ aptly named Genesis development marked the beginning of an exciting new area when it was launched some three years ago at Edinburgh Waterfront - one of the largest regeneration projects in the UK.

Now with only one property remaining, the leading housebuilder is marking the occasion by hosting an intimate open-day, on Sunday 28 November, to find the fortunate buyer of the last apartment.

The final property is a stunning two-bedroom duplex. With this in mind, the company is hosting an open viewing on 28 November, from 2pm to 5pm, where an expert mortgage broker, from ‘First Mortgage’, will be available to offer professional advice to any prospective first time buyer.

Designed by award winning architectural practice Gilbert Associates, Genesis is a collection of unique one, two and three-bedroom apartments that have sought to reflect the contemporary renaissance taking place within this location, which the remaining property effortlessly demonstrates.
