Traditional on the outside, bright and modern inside Redrow homes in Halifax combine the best of old and new.

And to showcase all that a brand new Redrow home has to offer, the award-winning housebuilder has opened the doors to a three-bedroom ‘Warwick’ show home at Wheatley Chase. It’s been dressed to impress by a team of professionals from interior designer specialists Jane Clayton and Co to enable house hunters to appreciate the layout, plus the quality, finish and potential of the properties.

Patsy Aicken, sales manager for Redrow Homes (Yorkshire), commented: “As well as being impressed by the décor, visitors to Wheatley Chase will be pleasantly surprised at what’s included as standard in our New Heritage Collection homes, as we offer a specification that’s unrivalled among most of our peers.

“Kitchens are fitted with top brand name integrated appliances, including ovens, microwaves and fridge-freezers, plus under unit lighting; while the floor to ceiling cabinets and extra wide drawers offer plenty of storage. The Redrow standard specification also includes fitted wardrobes, built-in book shelves and outside lights. And in the bathrooms and en-suites you’ll discover quality fixtures and fittings, with an exclusive tile range.”

The ‘Warwick’ with its traditional bay window and decorative door cornice is a prime example of why the architecture of the Arts and Crafts movement has stood the test of time.

Inside, the property is bright and modern and full of features to meet the demands of busy 21st century lifestyles.

It’s been styled with a strong duck egg blue colour theme, which is lifted by accents of gold and chocolate. To appeal to those with young families, the third bedroom features Peter Rabbit artwork.

The ‘Warwick’ boasts an open plan kitchen-diner with French doors leading from the dining area to the garden to give meal times an alfresco feel; while the separate lounge offers a relaxing atmosphere.

Just a mile from Halifax town centre, with a primary school opposite the development, Wheatley Chase is well placed for raising a family. Easy access to the M62 makes it a great choice for commuters too.

With video footage of the surrounding area available to view at Redrow’s innovative award-winning TV channel, potential purchasers can ‘explore’ Wheatley Chase and the surrounding area from their home, office of wherever they access the internet.

“Buying a home is a big decision and it’s important that you take your time to consider all of the options carefully. Our online television channel Redrow.TV enables customers to experience all that a Redrow home has to offer with show home videos and development films which also show the surrounding area,” Patsy explained.

“And with video footage of different show homes from across the country also available, you can get a real feel for the various layouts of our New Heritage Collection properties without having to visit lots of developments. But whichever film you view, you’re certain to be impressed by the high quality of our homes.”

Prices at Wheatley Chase start from just £122,999 for a two-bedroom property. A ‘Warwick’, similar to the show home, is available from £181,999.

To see the true beauty of Redrow’s New Heritage Collection, visit the ‘Warwick’ show home in Keighley Road, open Thursday to Monday from 10am to 5.30pm.
