Hyatt Regency Curaçao Golf Resort, Spa and Marina is launching a brand new all-inclusive option designed to make guests’ holiday experiences all the more enjoyable.

As of 1 January, 2011, the resort is offering the option to vacation just the way luxury travel intended, with unlimited food and drinks. This offer, which focuses on giving guests the ultimate dining experience, includes dining throughout all the resort’s fine restaurants - SWIM, MEDI, and SHOR.

From its innovative farm-to-table programme to its eclectic variety of dishes from all over the world, Hyatt Regency Curaçao offers a culinary experience to satisfy any self-proclaimed foodie. Made with the freshest ingredients provided by local organic farmer and partner, Finca del Sol, the hotel delivers the highest quality cuisine while ensuring that the environmental impact on farming is minimised and remains healthy for generations to come.

“I believe that exposure to the concept of sustainable cuisine can inspire anyone engaging in the production, distribution, preparation or consumption of food. It helps us to take effective action, and to make sustainable cuisine a meaningful part of daily life,” said Food & Beverage Director, Maurice Fahey.

Whether guests are looking for a laid-back meal poolside or an upscale dining room setting, Hyatt Regency Curaçao delivers. MEDI, the hotel’s premier full service restaurant features an exhibition kitchen, complete with a wood fired oven and upscale dining room which serves fresh Mediterranean dishes along with traditional island cuisine. At SWIM guests can enjoy a casual menu featuring delicious pan Latin cuisine poolside with a cocktail or soft drink. For more contemporary dining, there’s SHOR, where guests can order the fresh catch of the day or indulge in American-style fare, featuring an upscale Burger Bar at lunch.

Additionally, Hyatt Regency Curaçao offers its Great Room experience. Located at the centre of the hotel with panoramic views, guests can linger on the terrace or relax in the plush chairs while enjoying cocktails and unwinding from a relaxing day on the golf course or getting ready for a night out on the town.

Hyatt Regency Curaçao guests can enjoy all of the hotel’s culinary offerings under its new all-inclusive package. The all-inclusive option is priced at $85 (approx. £53) per child and $199 (approx. £124) per adult, per day, including service charge and tax. Please use promotion code CURAIP.
