South Wales buyers seek new homes for 2011

27th January 2011 Print

There is a definite increase in the number of buyers seeking brand new homes at developments across South Wales, according to Barratt.

The house builder reports a rise in the number of visitors to its developments at the end of 210 – prompting optimism for a rush of sales now.

“It was a very encouraging sign for us that so many were keen to view our new homes in what is traditionally a quiet time for the property market,” said Barratt sales director, Adrian Bird. “We have a number of new and exciting developments throughout the region and I have no doubt they will be greeting new residents in the coming months.

“Our experience shows that confidence in the market is increasing and all this should make for an excellent 2011 as far as sales are concerned.”

Barratt offers a range of outstanding new properties throughout South Wales from Swansea through to Abergavenny and Usk.

“Our teams are very much looking forward to seeing in 2011 in record fashion,” said Adrian. “And, if December visitor levels are anything to go by, we will all be very busy welcoming a host of potential buyers and showing them all that these wonderful developments – and their locations – have to offer.”
