My Suzuki website rewards Suzuki customers

Suzuki GB's customer focused ‘My Suzuki’ website recently demonstrated to one lucky Suzuki customer why it's worth logging-in, as Paul Spencer from Oxford became the lucky winner of no-less than seven top prizes, after simply visiting the site to complete a customer satisfaction survey.

Following the purchase of a brand new GSX-R750 in September, from his local dealer, Kings Two Wheel Centre in Kidlington, Paul opted to complete his customer satisfaction survey online at the 'My Suzuki' website, automatically entering him into the competition to win seven top electronic prizes. Four months later and Paul’s name was pulled from the hat scooping an Apple iPod Touch and iPod Nano, Nintendo Wii and DS, Fuji Camera, Panasonic Camcorder, and a PURE Siesta iDock, DAB & FM clock radio.

On being presented with his prize haul by Steve Polden of Kings Two Wheel Centre, Paul commented, “I can’t believe I've won all of these fantastic prizes and by just simply completing a form. I've known Kings Two Wheel Centre for last 20 years and always experienced fantastic service from them, but had a short break from motorcycling and returned back to biking just three years ago. I had a test ride on the GSX-R750, was hooked, and as a result purchased a brand new one. To then win these prizes from just giving feedback is a great bonus.”

Dealer Principle, Steve Polden added, “This is such a great initiative. Encouraging our customers to give feedback is the only way that we as a dealer can look to improve the customer experience, and on this occasion it's nice to see one of our customers rewarded for taking the trouble."

Five further runner-up prizes of an Apple iPod Shuffle have already been sent to the lucky winners.
