Ducati plan public send-off for Rossi and Hayden

The date and place are set for the public presentation of Ducati MotoGP Team riders, Valentino Rossi and Nicky Hayden, with a special “Ducati evening” planned in Bologna’s Piazza Maggiore at 9pm on Friday, 4 March.

The city-centre event, which will also feature the brand new Desmosedici GP11, is sure to be a spectacular send-off for factory riders Valentino Rossi and Nicky Hayden and the entire Ducati MotoGP Team as they prepare to depart for Qatar’s opening round of the 2011 MotoGP World Championships on 20 March.

In addition to the entire workforce of the Italian motorcycle manufacturer’s factory in Bologna, fans from all over are welcomed to attend the incredible event and share in the atmosphere that will include the awesome sound of the Desmosedici GP11.
