Travel the 'Pilgrim's Way' - Camino de Santiago

'The Way' is a stunning new movie hitting the big screens in May, starring Martin Sheen and directed by Emilio Estevez. The film is about the ‘Pilgrim’s Way’ better known as the Camino de Santiago. Over the centuries millions have walked the trail, located in North West Spain, to venerate the tomb of the Apostle St. James–Santiago.

The walk – bookable through Walks Worldwide – commences in the city of Leon, where special pilgrims’ passports are collected before commencing on the 100km trail. The 8-day trip provides plenty of time to complete the walk and enjoy places visited along the way including Sarria and the final destination, Santiago.

The trip can depart any day in April and May and costs from £795 pp (two sharing).

Price includes luggage transfers, 7 nights’ B&B (plus five dinners and one lunch), route guide and maps. Flights also bookable on request.
