Honda’s much-anticipated Crossrunner will be in Honda Motorcycle dealerships across the UK from Saturday 14 May and to celebrate its arrival, Honda (UK) is giving away a brand new Crossrunner as part of a Free Prize Draw.

Since its UK debut last November and recent test ride launch, the Crossrunner has sparked widespread interest and been raved about by motorcycling publications, such as Motorcycle News who were ‘surprised by the seductive styling’, while Motor Cycle Monthly claimed the Crossunner as a ‘genuine do-it-all bike, capable of putting a huge smile on your face’.

Available in red, white and black, and priced competitively at £9,075 OTR, the Crossrunner will be available to test ride at dealerships from Saturday 14 May. One lucky person will also win a brand new Crossunner simply by visiting honda.co.uk  and completing the on-line entry form, or by filling in an entry form in dealerships, by 31 July 2011. Five runners up will further receive a Honda experience day at either the Mick Extance Off-Road Experience or Ron Haslam Race School, with a Sony Playstation 3 also on offer as a third prize.

And if you take a test ride of this great new all-rounder machine, Honda (UK) wants to hear your thoughts and you could also receive gift vouchers for the value of £15 for M&S or John Lewis. Simply ask your dealer for a Crossunner test-ride evaluation form by 30 June 2011, or download one from honda.co.uk, fill it in, ask your dealer to stamp it and send it in*.

The Crossrunner’s roomy, upright ‘Adventure’ style provides all-round comfort, while its nimble performance of a ‘Naked’ and the responsiveness of its sports-touring chassis all combine to make the Crossrunner an ideal all-round machine, powered by the proven and legendary Honda VFR800 V4 engine.

The Crossrunner has also been designed with pillion comfort in mind with a lower rear seat designed for easy mounting and, positioning the pillion at a similar level to the rider, resulting in improved wind protection and an enhanced ride feel. Its ABS equipped braking system as standard further enhances the machine’s performance and safety, while the wide handlebar configuration contributes to quick, accurate and responsive steering input.

The versatility of this great all-round machine is extended further by a range of Honda Genuine accessories to include a 29-litre pannier kit and sleek 31-litre top box, heated grips and higher windscreen.
