Spa treatments just for men at Lake Garda resort

16th May 2011 Print

Lefay Resort & Spa on Lake Garda has just launched a new wellness programme designed especially for men. The programme includes five treatments designed to reinvigorate and relax.

The new wellness programme includes ‘La Brezza Accanto al Confine’ -  an energetic sports massage that exerts specific pressure on different muscular areas, including the legs, arms and trunk.  The massage aims to relax hypertonic muscles and increase the tone of those muscles that are too relaxed.  The massage is followed by a detoxifying Lefay Spa aromatic mud pack in a cocoon.  The Cocoon is the latest in spa technology, combining a steam sauna, infra red lights and a ‘Vischy shower’ which tones, reduces stress, assists with weight loss and reduces cellulite.

Spa rituals for hands and feet are also included in the programme.  The hand ritual combines the action of a delicate exfoliation using alum stone, a moisturising sesame mask and a nourishing cream containing argan oil applied with a light relaxing massage.  The ritual for feet involves a purifying bath with black soap to cleanse and soften the feet, followed by exfoliation and a nourishing massage.

All treatments have been created by the Lefay Spa Scientific Committee and as such are unique and innovative.

Each programme may be complemented by a detoxifying reduced-calorie menu, which offers food that is low in calories but has all the goodness and natural flavours of the Mediterranean cuisine.

A three night stay at Lefay Resort & Spa on a half board basis costs from £1,160 (1,290 euros) based on two sharing.  The male wellness programme costs £332 (370 euros) for the five treatments.
