Lake District hotel offers first all inclusive package

1st June 2011 Print

A Lake District hotel is offering the area’s first all-inclusive break to take away the stress of planning a holiday budget.

The Low Wood Bay’s Midweek Inclusive Breaks includes a three-course dinner with wine, lunch, free hot drinks during the day and unlimited beer, wine, spirits and soft drinks between 4pm and 11pm.

Nevil Jeffery, the general manager at Low Wood Bay, says: “All inclusive breaks are more often associated with package holidays overseas.  However, we appreciate that many people are feeling the pinch at the moment and would appreciate having the stress taken out of budgeting for their holiday.

“This all inclusive break will enable people to come and stay at a 4 star hotel knowing that all the essentials will be covered in the price, leaving them free to enjoy the spectacular scenery that is right on our doorstep.”

The breaks are available for £130 per person per night from Sunday to Thursday. The offer also includes a free room upgrade, subject to availability on arrival.

Low Wood Bay, one of the area’s most popular hotels, is situated on the shores of Lake Windermere, with facilities that include a watersports centre, beauty salon, extensive leisure club with swimming pool and marina.

The offer is available until 25th August 2011.
