People looking for a new home in Penwortham could find that moving up the property ladder is quicker and easier than they expected.

Old Gate Park offers a choice of four-bedroom homes that are ideal for those who want a bigger, better, brand new home. And to help get customers moving, Redrow is offering part-exchange on selected properties.

Lesley Myers, area sales manager for Redrow Homes (Lancashire), explained: “Potential purchasers are continuing to show a keen interest in the homes at Old Gate Park and are bowled over when they find out what’s included in our standard specification. Many of them have homes of their own to sell and are perhaps reluctant to make a commitment until they’ve found a buyer. But with part-exchange they don’t have to worry – we’ll buy their old home so that they can buy one of ours.”

Part-exchange takes the hassle out of moving as there’s no need to worry about getting caught up in a complicated chain and Redrow will even pay the estate agent’s fees at the end of the day.

“We’re committed to delivering high levels of customer service and our friendly experience sales team will be on hand to guide you through the home buying process, making it as simple and straight forward as possible,” Lesley added.

There are currently seven styles of four-bedroom homes available at Old Gate Park, with prices from £214,995.

Among them is the spacious ‘Salisbury’, on the market at £303,995.

At the front of the property is an inviting lounge with a traditional bay window. To the rear there’s a dedicated study plus a combined kitchen-diner that’s well equipped with integrated, top brand name appliances including oven, microwave and fridge freezer.

Journey upstairs and two of the four bedrooms enjoy the benefit of an en-suite. Both en-suites and the family bathroom boast quality fixtures and fittings plus an exclusive tile range.

“We will be opening a ‘Canterbury’ style show home at Old Gate Park so that potential purchasers can appreciate the layout of the properties and experience the quality finish of our designs. In the meantime we’re encouraging people to visit existing shows homes in the surrounding area including those at Buckshaw Village, near Chorley,” Lesley added.

“Our broadband television channel Redrow.TV is also a useful tool as the extensive video footage means that house hunters can take a sneak peek inside show homes across the country any time of day or night from the comfort of their home, office or wherever they access the internet.”
