Starting 16 December 2011, Wizz Air, the largest low fare – low cost airline in Central and Eastern Europe, adds Eindhoven to its destinations accessible from Brno Tu?any airport (BRQ).

The new Brno – Eindhoven service will be operated initially 2 times a week.

With this new route there will now be three major European cities available from Brno with Wizz Air, opening up the possibility of truly affordable air travel to many wanting to travel abroad, or visitors wanting to come to Moravia.

Tickets are already available from as low as CZK 431 (one way, including taxes and booking fee) on wizzair.com or by calling the Call Center.

“Wizz Air quickly gained significant market position in the Czech Republic and currently operates 12 routes from Prague and 2 routes from Brno. Our success encourages us to continue expanding our operations, especially where efficient airport infrastructure and willingness to invest into regional development is present. We believe Brno offers great growth opportunities for all parties involved. Passengers will have access to low fares, and local businesses will benefit from the increased leisure and business traffic” - said John Stephenson, Executive Vice President of Wizz Air.
